I decided to start GentleMove after downsizing my mother from the family home and facilitating her transition to a senior residence. I quickly realized what an emotional and physically challenging effort this experience proved to be for the family. Bilingual Brochure
Many people don't have family nearby to help out with
Estate Dispersal or they are working and too busy to take on this momentous job.
But I enjoyed the process, recognized the need for this service and decided this was a good time for a career change and new venture in my life.
My recent experience organizing my daughter's wedding along with my previous involvements in event planning prompted me to add another division, Event and Wedding planning to the company's roster leading to the renaming and subsequent launch of Janey & Co. in January 2009.
TO CELEBRATE JANEY & CO/GENTLEMOVE'S FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY, JANUARY 23, 2010, A DONATION WAS MADE TO THE SPCA IN MONTREAL OF SOME SPECIAL KURANDA DOG BEDS TO HELP KEEP THE ANIMALS MORE COMFORTABLE AT THE REFUGE.
