Jane’s staging had everything to do with my new listing selling in FOUR days! She arrived for the consult and immediately saw what needed to be done.  The two of us worked for 3 hours and totally transformed the condo/house. The most impressive part is the way she uses what is there by giving it a new life…pulls objects from cupboards and puts them places where they look fantastic! My client didn’t recognize her home – loved the many changes and said how we should be having this done before we move into a place, not when we’re leaving.  I thought the best compliment to Jane is that all agent and client comments were how immaculate and beautifully decorated the condo was ….never a mention of the word “staged” That “WOW” factor she created definitely made the difference in how quickly and easily this property sold – everyone is happy!

I would just like to say a few words on Jane Guest and her business of home staging. We used Jane this June -09 to stage our home in Baie d`Urfe.
